The Dinner Club reached its oldest reader last week! The beautiful Mary in America, who read and loved the book, alongside her wonderful daughter-in-law (and fellow writer, Deanna). Thank you both. The photo made my heart happy and it was extra special as Mary is 98 years young (and has the same name as my beloved late grandma, who Florence in The Dinner Club is based on).
I also woke up this morning to a text from my Dad telling my the reviews are now at 100! I’m absolutely delighted that less than 6 months, The Dinner Club has been adored by so many.
